IN LOVING MEMORY: Inis Lula Ann (Clark) Conner, age 84 of Monroe, TN passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. James Brown officiating. The burial will be in Clark Cemetery in Monroe, TN. 

     The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel.
