Passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville, KY 

Forest was a supervisor at DANA Corporation. He then worked for General Steel Contractors. He also had a great love for fishing.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Range Cemetery 

Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown .
