Age: 57 of Jamestown  

Passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center.  

Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with Nursing Honors provided by the TN Nurses Honor Guard , with burial to follow in the Winningham Family Cemetery in Pickett Co.  

Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 5 P.M. - 9 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

The Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown is in charge of arrangements.
