Age: 76 of Jamestown 

Passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 12 Noon at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown with burial to follow in the J.K. Choate Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown.
