Passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Ascension St. Thomas West Hospital

Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Wright Cemetery in the Shirley Community

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lynn Poore Scholarship Fund for a York Dragonette basketball senior. Donations may be left at Mundy Funeral Home
