Passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023

Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 6, at 2 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Crockett Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, October 6, from 12 Noon – 2 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made toward Funeral Expenses. Donations may left at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown 

The Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown is in charge of arrangements.
