Passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 11 AM at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown, with burial to follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 12, from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown. The Mundy Funeral Home in Jamestown is in charge of arrangements.
