Age: 71 of Banner Springs Community 

Passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023 @ Cumberland House Hospice 

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 1 P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange with burial to follow in the Spring Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 16th from 5P.M.- 8P.M. at Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to funeral expenses. 

The Mundy Funeral Home South Chapel in Clarkrange is in charge of arrangements .
